and a little information on how it is implemented.
| Frequently Asked Questions |
What is LCD Counter?
LCD Counter is a counter and logging system, which is easily added to a web site
and provides a number of counters, as well as full logging features. It is very configurable, and counters
can be viewed using a web interface.
How is LCD Counter implemented?
The system is written in PHP. Once you have an account set up,
adding it to your web site is as simple as putting image tags into your pages. These can often be
to subtle, or even blank, images so it appears hidden to your visitors.
Can I add a counter to my web site?
Currently, counters are provided to clients of LCDweb's design
and technical services. But in the future, LCD Counter may be made available for individual sites too. If
you are interested, please email lcdcounter@lcdweb.co.uk
for more information.
Is there an option for a visible counter?
No, there is currently no option for this. The idea for LCD Counter is to easily add multiple
counters and logging to web sites without having to worry about the server setup, or being able to install
scripts yourself. There are many other graphical counters freely available.
I have an account, but I can't login!
Please double check that you are using the correct username and password. If you still have problems, but the front
page is working, email lcdcounter@lcdweb.co.uk for assistance.
